ArcVelvet is a social economy platform where everyone earns from their participation. By using it you agree to operate honestly — no manipulation, no artificial inflation of signals, no abuse of the AE economy.
AE is the platform currency. It has no guaranteed monetary value outside the platform. Transactions are final and ledger-recorded. ArcVelvet does not reverse transactions except in cases of verified fraud.
You own your content. You are responsible for what you publish. No illegal content, no harassment, no spam.
Stripe processes real-money transactions. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing. Tips: 100% of every tip reaches the creator directly. ArcVelvet takes no cut of tips. Rights sales: 90% of every rights sale reaches the creator. ArcVelvet retains a 10% platform fee to sustain operations.
All legal content is permitted on ArcVelvet. Creators are responsible for self-tagging NSFW content appropriately.
Zero tolerance policy: Any content that sexualizes minors in any form is strictly prohibited and results in:

ArcVelvet uses automated detection systems to identify and remove illegal content. Enforcement is automatic and immediate.
ArcVelvet may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Your ledger record and earned AE balance will be preserved.
AE purchases are final. Tips sent to creators are non-refundable as they are delivered immediately. If you believe a transaction was made in error, contact arcvelvet@arcvelvet.com within 48 hours and we will review it.
